There will be a complete, stand-alone binary package with a very
basic but effective installation "routine" (actually a batch file).
It will be released shortly (depending on my personal schedule)
after the 32 bit version and will work (hopefully) without further
patches, sources etc.

And there will be an updated patch-ball as well as the .pdb files.
Since my holidays are over, the future development of this port
will heavily depend on the activity of other people posting patches.
(My next weekend, for instance, is fully dedicated to racing.)
