I don't think that's really a big problem. I mean you're the very first
one to complain about this. Also, such tooltips are used by many other
programs too.

Not really:
- open the search dialog (right-click on a wc folder, then 'search').
- enter e.g. *.c there.
- now you see all files ending in *.c in that explorer window.
- select two or three files there, then choose "commit" from the TSVN
submenu.
- the files you've selected don't have to be from the same path at all!

So it's really a usefull feature to see the full path in the tooltip.
