[TSVN] Can't read black on black in Tortoise message boxes!

Hi Stefan

Thanks for your reply.

It's very -easy to replicate this black on black effect:
1. Change display to use color scheme "High contrast black".
2. Issue an SVN Commit command on a folder where there are no changes.
The "Enter log message" dialog appears, and then a Yes/No dialog pops up
with black text on black background (see attached screenshot).

I've noticed other requests made regarding high contrast color schemes. I
know you guys are volunteers, and I thank you for all the good work you do
to make TortoiseSVN the great product that it is, but I really live in hope
that one day a version will come out that will be more usable for people
like me with visual disabilities.

Regards
Mihály

Wow - I just spent half an hour looking through the changelog to find
that change. I couldn't find it. Then I found that this change wasn't in
version 1.1.3 but in version 0.10.0!!!

Actually, I wasn't making fun of people with visual handicap. But
there's no visual handicap for which a _red_ background would help. So
if really someone uses a red background, I think I can honestly say that
such a person is a little crazy.
(the reason for that comment: some colors are hardcoded to red (e.g. the
color in the progress dialog for conflicted items).

I don't know why you 'see' black on black. The messagebox functions now
don't set the text foreground color anymore but use the default
foreground color of the dialog device context. So you should take a look
at your windows color settings - I think there's a color left black
which (since you changed the background to black) should now be a
brighter color like white.
