True. To be honest, I wanted to ask about the UI itself anyway. I have
a framework (well, the WiX community) for a "standard" setup package,
that I could customise (ie, add in the bits that TSVN's setup currently
requires, like the custom actions for showing/hiding the changelog, the
launch conditions, and others) to fit TSVN, rather than patching TSVN's
dark'd current setup package.

I suspect it would take roughly the same time, but I think I would be
more comfortable maintaining something based on the "standard skeleton"
(that's what I've worked on before). The other advantage is that it
comes with a working progress indicator plus text for that, for free.
