[TSVN] TSVN 1.2.1 Branch/tag bug

Hello!

When trying to branch file: /doc/en/handbook/hb-install-system.xml to
/doc/ru/handbook/hb-install-system.xml,

the following error is shown:

Error | COPY of ru/handbook/hb-install-system.xml: Could not read status
line: secure connection truncated (https://svn.shadanakar.org)

Image enclosed.

TSVN version: 1.2.1, WinXP; SVN Server 1.2, Gentoo Linux

TSVN 1.2.0 worked OK.
