[TSVN] minor bug with text colors

almost every dialog in tortoise sets the text color but not the background color

since i have a black background i end up with black on black text :-/

I tried getting the sources but i coulnd't figure out where to change
it. Is it possible to leave everything set as system default?

and for the commit/checkout file list, it's pratically unreadable the
current solution of painting if red/blue. if anyone is up to it, i can
draw icons to be used there. or a more elegant solution, separate the
files in boxes according to is status. this way you can see the 2
files that issued a warning without them getting obfuscated in the
middle of the 2000 files that went ok.
