[TSVN] Add dialog for WC which contains a nested WC

Hi folks,

This looks like an obscure 'feature'. If I select Add for a WC which
itself contains a nested WC, that nested WC is listed as addable (and
checked by default). Can that work? Will the existing .svn folder(s) in
the nested WC be discarded/overwritten? I think this should probably be
excluded from the list.
