[TSVN] bugtraq features

We're using the various bugtraq features that are integrated in Tortoise and
find them very helpful.

I have a feature request: Might it be possible to connect the log history
dropdown list with the value of the bug ID input field? It is currently easy
to forget to enter the bug ID when resubmitting a commit after some problem
has been resolved in an earlier commit attempt. Even when one doesn't forget
to reenter the bug ID, reentering can be tedious if there is more than one
ID.

I don't think this needs to be a full blown history like the log message; it
is probably enough to refill the bug ID field with the previous value if the
user has chosen the first entry in the log history when committing. This
would also make sense if someone was committing files in different locations
that all had the same message and bug ID(s).
