IMO that would be the best solution. I could live with separate installers
for the spellcheckers that we maintain.

Do you know this tool http://ooodocs.sourceforge.net/dictinstall?

Why not use this instead and make TSVN use the dictionaries from that
location? I don't see much sense into installing the same dictionary two or
three times on a pc.
