That's exactly the point. You _don't_ need the spellchecker and
thesaurus to get TSVN running. It's an option (and one that I don't use
myself, because my spilling is perfekt ;-)

Also, many people will update TSVN as soon as a new release comes out.
How often do you need to update your dictionary and thesaurus? How fast
do new words get invented? I mean words that you care about for writing
log messages - sk8er slang doesn't count.
