[TSVN] TortoiseSVN "Special needs" version for VS.NET

Is the ONLY difference between the official TSVN and the VS.NET web
projects compatible version the folder name it uses for SVN meta data?

...and if so, is this simply a matter of recompiling with a different
#define somewhere?

...and if so, couldn't this process be automated so that both versions
are made available at the same time in the same build process?

If not - don't worry. Would be kind of nice to not feel like a second
class citizen and have to wait an extra few days just because I use
VS.NET web projects. :) (and yes, I'm aware of the fact that there are
other workarounds available which would mean I don't have to use the
Special Needs version, but they aren't practical in my scenario)
