You'll have to live with that. Sorry.
In the beginning, I re-fetched the Subversion status after every
operation done in that dialog. Then users complained that this would
take too long a time. So I had to change it to *not* fetch the status
again but make assumptions on the status after an operation. And since
that's only an assumption, it isn't (can't be) reliable.
If you want a reliable file list, press F5 to do a refresh.
