That's correct. It was changed to 'Fetch ...' just after the 1.2.0 release.

One other thing. Are you certain that you are using the special .NET
version of TSVN, AND that your WC has _svn folders instead of .svn
folders. You cannot mix the two. If you checkout with the standard
client you cannot use the .NET client and vice versa.
