[TSVN] "Apply Patch" context menu item missing for single file selection

Hi guys,

I just noticed that the "Apply Patch" context menu item doesn't appear
when you right-click on a single file. The "Create Patch" item does
appear, making it possible to create a patch file that isn't possible
to apply (at least using TSVN directly).

I'm using TSVN 1.2.0 (and I looked at the trunk Changelog to verify
that this hadn't already been taken care of).

Let me know if this isn't clear.
