[TSVN] Repository migration complete.

The tortoisesvn project on tigris.org has been successfully converted to a
Subversion backend, and the repository data copied from
svn.collab.net. You'll want to "relocate" your tortoisesvn working
copies:

svn switch --relocate http://svn.collab.net/repos/tortoisesvn/trunk \
http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/svn/tortoisesvn/trunk
