[TSVN] Doc suggestion

Hi,

While reading this:

I've started to think that my teammates don't know how to use the
command line client.

We could include some "tips" in the docs, with a hint about command
line equivalent functionality. For example:

> Section 5.3: Checking Out a Working Copy
>
> To obtain a working copy you need to do a
> <firstterm>checkout</firstterm> from a repository.
>
> Command line tip: "svn checkout url://to/the/repo
> c:/path/to/working/copy" - more info at "svn help checkout"
>
> ...

It should not be very deep (I know, there are a lot of options for
some commands) but it can be a starting point.

I know TSVN 1) is a GUI client, 2) does not need to have SVN
installed, 3) almost (if not all) you can do in SVN can be done in
TSVN.

But every now and then, people want to automate things, and they'll
learn they need svn. I think TSVN book is great, and with just a
little of (our) help, they can easily translate all they know about
TSVN into SVN commands.

Just my thoughts...

Best regards,

Fernando Nájera
