[TSVN] Cannot branch/tag with Tortoise SVN 1.2

 When I try to branch/tag from URL file:///C:/svn/private/src
<file:///C:\svn\private\src> (valid repository) to
file:///C:/svn/private/src4.0 <file:///C:\svn\private\src4.0> I am getting
"SVN Copy. Finished!" dialog box with 2 error messages:

Unable to open an ra_local session to URL

Unable to open repository 'file:///C:/svn/private'

Similarly, when I try to branch/tag from URL svn://yossi/common_src (valid
repository) to svn://yossi/common_src4.0, I am getting error

No repository found in 'svn://yossi'

What am I missing?
