Those presets disappeared a while ago, and I asked for them back because
there it is too easy to commit with no log message at all. At least with
this message you can guess that it was done directly on the repository.

No they don't, because TSVN would have to do multiple round trips to the
repository to do the same hierarchy check that it does in the WC. I
suppose it would be possible to do a non-hierarchical check, only for
the parent folder, but it would produce a GUI delay, and it would be
inconistent with the WC. But maybe that is better than no check.
