Technically speaking, that question should be aimed at
users@subversion.tigris.org.

Socially speaking, if you dare ask that question there without first
taking even the most basic of self-research steps (looking though
email archives, reading the latest snapshots of the Subversion
documenation at http://svnbook.red-bean.com/nightly/en/index.html,
etc.) you're quite likely to become someone's smoking shish-ka-bob.
