No, they're the default checkbox sizes in windows. No custom sizing is
done here.

Well, obviously you messed with your windows settings around, so you
have to find that out yourself. I mean only you can know what you've
changed. And since TSVN doesn't do any sizing of the checkboxes, other
apps will have the very same problem.
