[TSVN] Explorer right pane shows incorrect overlay after update

Right after an update (SVN Update) the overlay of the updated WC
folder changed from the correct "modified" to incorrect "normal".
After a lot of F5 and expanding/collapsing the incorrect overlay is
still there.
During that "tests" the computer was almost idle - the TSVNCache
should have been able to gather the status (though it was unchanged).
