So you say it's a repository created by the cvs->svn conversion script?
I guess that's then the source of the problem. That script doesn't
always work correctly, so it seems it did something wrong when it
created that revision in the repository.
Can you please try the command line client and do an
svn log -v
on the same file/folder you show the log in TSVN?
If the same error occurs, you should ask for help on the corresponding
mailing list (cvs2svn or the Subversion mailing list).
