RE: [TSVN] Context menus are missing?

Looks like we hit some confusion here, did you recently re-key the UUID's
for TortoiseSVN?

Can you please check the following registry entries under your non-Admin
account:

HKCR\Directory\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\TortoiseSVN
 -> readable, mapping to {C0351349-7B7D-4FCC-81B4-1E394CA267EB}
HKCR\*\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\TortoiseSVN
 -> readable, mapping to {C0351349-7B7D-4FCC-81B4-1E394CA267EB}
HKCR\CLSID\{3035134e-7B7D-4fcc-81B4-1E394CA267EB}
 -> readable (no name),
    Apartment-threaded object at
    C:\Program Files\TortoiseSVN\bin\tortoisesvn.dll
HKCR\CLSID\{C0351349-7B7D-4FCC-81B4-1E394CA267EB}
 -> readable (no name),
    Apartment-threaded object at
    C:\Program Files\TortoiseSVN\bin\tortoisesvn.dll
Do these keys exist?

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Shell
Extensions\Approved\{3035134e-7B7D-4fcc-81B4-1E394CA267EB}

 -> Nine keys exist in this folder with similar UUID, including this one
 -> Seven keys exist similar to {C035...}
 -> All of them labeled "TortoiseSVN"

You need read access to that registry key. Otherwise windows treats the
shell extension as ADMIN only and thinks you don't want other users to
use that extension.
