[TSVN] Link from Log Messages to issue tracker

Hi

I am having trouble with the link from TSVN Log Messages to our issue
tracker. I have the following bugtraq properties set:

bugtraq:label Mantis issue number
bugtraq:message Mantis issue number: %BUGID%
bugtraq:url http://.../mantis/view.php?id=%BUGID%

After I commit and view the Log Message, I can see that TSVN has
appended the line "Mantis issue number: nnn" where nnn is the issue
number. The issue number is blue and underlined, and the mouse pointer
changes to a hand shape when I point to it. I would expect that clicking
here should bring up a view of the issue in my Web browser, but nothing
happens.

If I view the log message using WebSVN (which is set to use bugtraq
properties) the link to the issue works fine. Any ideas what the problem
could be?

I am using TSVN 1.2.0 Build 3602 on Windows XP SP2.
