[TSVN] Focus loss in explorer

Ok, but we know MS arn't going to give a very helpful answer!

If you can't prevent refresh when renaming is taking place, can I request a
config option to turn off auto-refresh.

I have a Bad Feeling about refreshes occuring arbitrarily (of course, your
intention is to refresh overlays, which is fine. It's the other stuff that is
refreshed that scares me!). It's unusual Explorer behaviour, and I've
experienced undesirable consequences in just a few hours of use (ie during
renaming).

Personally I'd prefer to control it using F5, if it can't pause during critical
activity.
