[TSVN] Dialog text clarifications

Hi Steve,

First of all: my compliments for all the work that you put into TSVN,
it is a great tool to access great version control system! I'm turning
into a bigger fan of (T)SVN with every new release.

May I suggest some tweaks in the GUI for the next release, in order to
make the choices clearer for the users?

In general: I think checkboxes should be checked to do something and
unchecked otherwise. This is true for most of the otions, but not all.

For example, on the Look and Feel settings page I would reverse
the option 'Don't fetch status for context menu' to 'Fetch status for
context menu' and enable by default.

As another example, the following double negation on the Look and
Feel>Dialogs setting page could be rephrased:

Don't use spellchecker if tsvn:projectlanguage is not set

I suggest:

Only use spellchecker when tsvn:projectlanguage is set

Again, not a big deal and feel free to ignore my suggestions.

Regards,

Jean-Marc
