Will we be notified when the trunk .po is no longer relevant for 1.2? Until then I'll only
translate for trunk.

As soon as changes are made that are not compatible with the 1.2 release there is a need
for a .po file based on the last 1.2 .pot (in tags/version_1.2.0/Languages) am I right?

BTW, I'll try to upload an updated Dutch .po later today (but it will not be before 22:00
CET).
