[TSVN] Simultaneous breakpoints in TsvnShell and TortoiseProc... How?

Hi Folks,

While debugging Tsvn, how can I put breakpoints in both TortoiseShell
and TortoiseProc simultaneously?

Presently, I start TortoiseShell in debug mode from which I invoke say
RepoBrowser which is a new process. None of the breakpoints in
TortoiseProc are hit. So, I've had to enable the debug setting in the
Registry. This pops up the debug dialog showing the command line
parameters. This gives me time to attach to the TortoiseProc process
to make the breakpoints work.

Isn't there a better way?
