That's mean ;)

No, tonight the internal delay was small (even though I hadn't given
permanent permission for TSVN in ZoneAlarm yet). I think the 'problem'
lies in the fact that sometimes I have had HTTP traffic already (IE or
Firefox), and sometimes TSVN is the first one to start it. XP loading
stuff to handle the HTTP traffic may be the culprit here.

I'll keep an eye on it and report back if I can pinpoint the true
cause.
