I know enough people that seem to be allergic to right-clicking. They
rely on the menu's. Others are keyboard only folks and bringing up the
right context menu via keyboard can be tricky. Alt-F to drop down the
file menu and then via accelerator keys to the right context menu is
the way to go for them.
