[TSVN] Delay before update truly starts?

Hi all,

Whenever I update my WC of TSVN (used for grabbing the Dutch .po's and occasionally
peeking through the code) there is a significant delay between showing the update dialog
(which appears 'instantly') and the interaction with the repository (I can tell, because
ZoneAlarm doesn't ask for permission to let TSVN through until like 10 to 15 seconds
later).

I am wondering what may be the cause for this delay?

Using 1.2.0 RC2
