That's a very good point. Earlier versions of SVN also had a bug whereby
'Use commit timestamps' caused a timestamp mismatch in the entries file,
so this would always happen. It is fixed in 1.2. Also in 1.2, if you do
a 'Cleanup' it will repair any mismatched timestamps.

Could those people who are reporting speed problems try doing a
TortoiseSVN->Cleanup at the WC root. Maybe a long shot, but worth a try.
