Hi all,

Just a thought: do we know the real cause for the reported performance hit during cache
build-up? Could it be that only some WCs are affected and not all?

Are there use cases where SVN performs significantly worse than usual, and is the cache
affected by this?
For example: if the WC timestamps are off and SVN must perform an MD5 hash to determine if
a file is really changed or not? Does that take much longer than it would in a fresh WC?
