The problem is capitalizing. That's something which isn't easy, and I
haven't found a windows API (yet) which can do that, no matter what
language is used.
And besides: it may look better if all are capitalized, but it's not
correct. I mean the languages listed there are shown in that specific
language, and each language as you noticed has its own rules about
capitalization.
