[TSVN] Slow

Hi,

I have tortoiseSVN version 1.1.5 (Build 2990 Unicode) on my PC. the client
works well, but sometimes it is very slow. I have a large repository (+- 10000
files).
In settings, Look and feel: i disabled all options so no time wasted there.
Nevertheless, the explorer has slowed down alot exploring the local working
copy.

Do you guys alsoo observe the same slow behaviour with large working copy's?
