Yes, of course. TSVN is now built against the official Subversion 1.2 release.
The build against the 1.2.x branch was only done because we had to
implement the 1.2. features in TSVN before any official 1.2 release
was done (otherwise we couldn't release TSVN so shortly after
Subversion 1.2 comes out).
