I have just made a small (1 line) change to the docs and I have
backported it. But Lübbe has lots of changes to make in the docs still
and I think the branch is going to drive him nuts. As long as the
changes are just bugfixes, (very) small features and doc updates, I
think we should delete the 1.2.x branch for now and keep building from
trunk.

This release procedure is hard to get right :-/
