[TSVN] Specifying a port with svn+ssh://

I'm using TortoiseSVN 1.2.0, Build 3471 to test, although I first
noticed the weird behavior under the current stable version.

Connecting to a repository using a string like
svn+ssh://user@domain.com:1234/repos/ fails with a "PuTTY Fatal
Error"/"Network error: Connection timed out", followed by "Error:
Connection closed unexpectedly". My only guess is that it tries to
connect on port 22 instead of 1234, but I don't know how to validate
this theory.

While the problem may be due to my server's configuration (I don't have
full trust in its configuration at the moment), I am able to connect
using PuTTY itself, and the svnserve binary is installed for my user
account on the server. I would like to know whether the issue can be
replicated by anyone else connecting using SVN-SSH on a non-standard
port, though.

Sincerely,

Tom Reinhart
