[TSVN] Lock info not refreshing in RepoBrowser - 1.2.0 RC1

Sequence of steps:
1) launch RepoBrowser on a repository
2) File in top dir shows no locks, which is correct
3) Lock file in working copy
4) svn info shows file is locked
5) Hit F5 in RepoBrowser, does not show as locked
6) Hit Ctrl-F5 in RepoBrowser, does not show as locked
7) Closed RepoBrowser and reopened, file correctly shows as locked

The same happens in reverse (removing a lock via the working copy) --
however, when breaking the lock from the RepoBrowser (thx for the quick
enhancement, btw!), the status does change. Happens on the same repository
both through Apache/mod_dav_svn as well as svnserve.
