Yeah, this is what I'm banking on :-S

One of the desktop support people is gonna take a look, but i'm not
holding out much hope right now :-(

The problem doesn't manifest itself on an earlier build of the corporate
desktop a colleague of mine has on his laptop, so sadly this is pointing
all the fingers...
