If we stick with tigris.org then we are stuck with their look and feel.
It is consistent in another way - consistent with Subversion, which I
think is a good thing too. It's not that pretty, but we could migrate
some of the style (colour scheme, layout, tortoise logos) to our FAQ and
issue tracker pages, which would keep the non-tigris more consistent
with tigris.

I don't see that it is a big deal just to switch from Berlios to
SourceForge. OK, some people will have bookmarked the pages directly,
but most of those will be watching the list anyway. All the stuff that
is now on tigris stays on tigris. Seems like all the installers should
be _only_ on tigris, and I don't have a problem with that. Stefan puts
them there, so that's his call. We already agreed that the language
packs should be on an external server because tigris is more awkward for
that.
