Maybe it is possible to have an option to switch between the "old, sometimes
wrong but fast" behaviour and the current one. What our developers do
regular is the basic functionality of "Update" and "Commit", so at least
these menues should appear quickly. Is there really no solution for the
problem, even if not 100% perfect? Ok, we can use SVN from command line, but
we love the nice and easy integration of TSVN into Windows Explorer.

I tried build 3388 and it's nearly twice as fast than before, but still 6-8
seconds delay. Still too slow for daily use.
