Hi Richard,
I had exactly the same problem too, hopefully this will work for you...
If you look at the URL, you're missing the ':' after the 'C'. Try
opening the repo-browser again, with 'C:', and if that doesn't work try
a '¦' (pipe) (Hint - check out the section on URLs in the book -
http://svnbook.red-bean.com/en/1.0/ch02s03.html#svn-ch-2-sidebar-1)
I have a feeling I also somehow got that bad URL embedded in the .svn
directories somewhere, and eventually had to ditch my whole working copy
and do a completely new checkout, so try that too if the above doesn't work.
