[TSVN] TortoiseSVN - FAQ

Hi, I\'ve just set up my first Repository Directory and am getting the
message \"Unable to open an ra_local session to URL Unable to open
repository \'file:///C/Subversion/CascadeController\' \" when I try to
create a new folder called \"trunk\" using the Repositroy Browser. I am
following instructions from
http://wiki.beyondunreal.com/wiki/Setting_Up_Subversion. I am running
Windows XP Home and the latest version of Tortoise (1.1.7).
Any advice would be gratefully received.
