[TSVN] Problem with editing Log Messages.

Using TortoiseSVN 1.2.0 nightly build r3333
Windows 2003 SP1

The "Edit Log Message" dialog isn't working properly when it comes to
nagivating the dialog box using a mouse or keyboard.

Using the Repo-Browser, show the log entries. Then right-click on a log
entry and click on "Edit Log message".

The dialog that's presented is editable, it's just that the cursor
doesn't nagivate through the text very well and seemingly is stuck
between characters. But once you start typing it seems to correct
itself.
