[TSVN] Bug in Add dialog when ignoring files

From: Norbert Unterberg <nepo_at_gmx.net>

Try this:
* Go into a working copy folder, say d:\test\trunk
* Create a two new file there, say "test1.tmp" and "test2.tmp".
* Right-click on the folder and select TortoiseSVN-->Add... The Add
dialog appears and lists the two files.
* Right-click on test1.tmp and select Add to ignore list --> test1.tmp

Watch how test1.tmp disappeares from the list (which is correct) and
that the name of the parent folder appears in the list (/which is wrong,
this is not the commit dialog).

* Hit OK and you get one of the error messages:
   "D:\test is not a working copy" when the folder was the top folder of
a working copy
   "D:\test\trunk is already under version control" when the folder a
subfolder in the working copy.

In either case, the file test2.tmp is not added to version control.
