There are no changes between the 2 versions apart from the version
number. The 1.1.6 build was done on a PC which was later discovered to
have a hard drive fault, and the build was corrupt. 1.1.7 was built from
the exact same source, but produced the correct build files. Maybe we
should just have renamed the downloadable file 1.1.6-2, but that would
have caused confusion too ;-)
