[TSVN] Version 1.1.7 announcement and download

Hi,
 
It seems that the download page,
http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/download.html, doesn't contains the
right ChangeLog. It talks about 1.1.6 and not 1.1.7.
 
Also, there is no announcement of 1.1.7 on the announcements page at
http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/servlets/ProjectNewsList.
