[TSVN] Uninstall with no effect

Dear TortoiseSVN Team!

After "playing around" a while with
TortoiseSVN-1.1.7-UNICODE_svn-1.1.4.msi on a WinXP Home SP2 as Admin
i had to notice that an uninstall doesn't have any effect! Uninstall
asks if i really want to uninstall then works for a while and wants a
reboot. But after that reboot TortoiseSVN is still up and running! So
how to uninstall?
