Well "Look & Feel" isn't blank. It has the cascaded menu choice in. I
didn't like to say anything about the "External Programs" page because I
suggested splitting it, and I don't know what to put on the main page.
The only thing I can think of is a bit of text explaining what it is
for - but why there and nowhere else? Maybe if you select that page it
could throw you straight into the first page that has some real content.

I would quite like to split the network page as well, but that would
have the same 'blank page' problem.
